Our popular Lancaster Combined Vanity & WC unit is custom built your way using sustainably sourced reclaimed timbers selected for their character such as knots, splits and branding marks.
Its features 3 large soft close drawers with your choice of handles as well as a matching WC unit.
1. Choose toilet unit width and depth (we recommend the height be 870 mm to suit most concealed cisterns)
2. Choose Lancaster basin unit width and depth
3. Choose left or right-handed (basin side determines hand)
Priced based on 1200mm overall width (600mm Basin Unit & 600mm Toilet Unit) Other sizes / prices available on request.
11 colour finishes available. We use Osmo Hard Wax Oil as its hard-wearing & water-resistant with a super smooth finish.
Price for furniture only. Basin, tap, WC & cistern not included.

We also provide a £100 deposit option with balance due prior to your build start date.

Delivery:
We deliver via approved private blanket wrap couriers this is included within the unit price, this service covers most parts of the UK.
For parts of the country not covered by our couriers I.E. Northern Scotland, Wales, Norfolk, we can deliver via a pallet delivery service, a surcharge will need to be added to cover additional costs, please message us directly to confirm the price before placing your order.
If your local to WN74DU and wish to collect your order the price will be amended to reflect this, if your local (within 25miles) but would still prefer a delivery again we'll amend to price to reflect this.
