Form Five was a range of modern furniture in a simple minimal style introduced around the end of the 60s and discontinued in the mid 70s.
G-Plan Bathroom Vanity – Dimensions: 790 mm (width) x 470 mm (depth) x 830 mm (height)
This G Plan Form Five unit, circa 1975, will be fully restored to its original finish. It will be re-stained and then sealed with Osmo Polyx oil.
– Select your preferred quartz top color.

– Specify the basin you plan to use; I will have the holes cut to suit.
– Indicate your plumbing preference (to the wall or to the floor). The drawers will be adapted accordingly.
– All drawers will be painted in one of six colours and then lacquered.
– A complimentary "Care For Pack" is included with every order.
Delivery:
We deliver via approved private blanket wrap couriers this is included within the unit price, this service covers most parts of the UK.
For parts of the country not covered by our couriers I.E. Northern Scotland, Wales, Norfolk, we can deliver via a pallet delivery service, a surcharge will need to be added to cover additional costs, please message us directly to confirm the price before placing your order.
