Handmade using 100% sustainably sourced reclaimed timber, chosen for their character, means every piece built is a truly unique & individual one off.

Expertly created by skilled craftsman in our Lancashire canal-side workshop, our units are built ‘plumb in ready’ with voids & holes that will keep your fitters happy!

We also source a wide range of Classic Oak & Mahogany Dressers , Mid Century G Plan, Stag & Vanson units & lovingly restore & re-purpose them into beautiful vanity units full of history & character ready to take pride of place in their new home.

With Nationwide delivery via trusted couriers, we ensure every piece arrives safely & securely, allowing you to create your dream bathroom space with peace of mind.

Our Journey

2015

Hi my names David and I’m 60+ Husband, Father & Grandfather & the heart & soul of Simply Bathrooms. Back in 2015 whilst working in a Bathroom Showroom I would repeatedly get asked if we did unique bathroom furniture & the answer was always no! The seed was planted!

2016

I decided to set up a small work space in a friends garden shed with a dream of creating furniture that was hand made, functional and offered something different to the usual MDF. Using the basic tools that I’d collected & several lengths of reclaimed timber, I set about creating my very first basin unit & from there Simply Bathroom Furniture was born.

2017

Thankfully people seemed to love my furniture so I decided to take the plunge & rent my very own work shop whilst opening my first Etsy shop. This gave me the confidence to put a couple of my pieces in the showroom where I still worked!

2018

Before too long I’d outgrown my little workshop so I upped sticks and moved to a much bigger space, beautifully positioned on the banks of the Bridgewater canal in the heart of Lancashire, and eventually my team grew from me to 3!

2023

Fast forward 5 years & I’m still fulfilling my dream of creating furniture that’s hand made, functional & different to the usual MDF. I love what I do & I continue to put my knowledge & passion into every piece just like I did on my first unit back in 2016…only now I’m using better tools!
